In the center of the shield, there is a gold cross with a red and gold emblem in the shape of a cross on top. The emblem is surrounded by a green celtic knotwork design. On either side of the cross, there are two green tassels hanging from a gold banner with the words "Testigo de su Resurreccion" written in Spanish. Below the banner, the word "M" is written in gold letters. The overall design is symmetrical and has a regal and majestic feel to it.
