The coat of arms of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It is a shield with a purple background and a gold border. In the center of the shield, there is a white circle with the letters "SCA" written in black. Above the circle, there are three gold stars. On either side of the circle are two flags - one is the flag of Brazil and the other is the national flag of the Dominican Republic. Below the flag is a blue shield with an image of a man on a horse, holding a sword and shield. The shield is surrounded by a laurel wreath. The overall design is symmetrical and has a regal feel to it.
